Lufthansa Technik @ NBAA Las Vegas
At NBAA-BACE 2024 in Las Vegas, Lufthansa Technik unveiled a bespoke multi-sensory showroom that redefined brand presentation in the VVIP aviation sector. Designed exclusively for their clients, the installation combined 180° immersive visuals with 360° 10-channel spatial audio, seamlessly controlled via a custom touch application. This holistic environment demonstrated how cutting-edge Cabin Management Systems (CMS) and immersive exhibition design can transform technical innovation into an engaging, emotional brand world – setting new standards for multisensory storytelling in aviation and beyond.
Immersion Meets Personalization
The experience opened with a personalized welcome film, addressing each guest by name and setting a private, intimate atmosphere. This was followed by a 3D audio demonstration powered by Lufthansa Technik’s Omnify speaker system, showcasing cutting-edge spatial sound technology. Guests could then explore product innovations and digital service platforms through tailored deep-dive presentations, adapting the content to their specific interests.
A Fully Sensory Environment
Every detail was crafted to engage multiple senses. Beyond the immersive visuals and audio, the room integrated personalized lighting, scent preferences, curated beverages, and welcome snacks, transforming the space into a holistic brand environment. Interactive customization further elevated engagement, ensuring each visitor experienced a unique, memorable encounter.
